IO-A Interface Module

An IO-A I/O module provides a cost effective off-the-shelf I/O connection solution for accessing signals available on the LEC-1 high density connectors. The IO-A module is designed to expose a subset of the available signals. The following individual connectors are available:

Ethernet & USB Combo Connector

  • Ethernet
  • USB Port 0
  • USB Port 1

Serial I/O (Dsub-9)

  • Pendant Serial

XY/2-100 (Dsub-25)

  • XY/2-100 Protocol

Laser Extension (Dsub-25)

  • Laser Digital Control Signals
  • Laser Digital Power control

Accessory (Dsub-9)

  • Laser Analog Power Control
  • Status and Start mark

Input Power

  • Input Power

Electrical Requirements

  • +/- 15-24 VDC @ 300 mA
  • +5 VDC @ 200 mA
